Meet Our CEO, Randy Davis
Randy Davis has dedicated over 40 years to raising the leadership capacity of youth leaders and fostering unity among churches and ministries. Passionate about seeing every student transformed by the story of Jesus, Randy has served in both local church ministry and national leadership roles with Youth for Christ.
He holds two master's degrees (Church Management and Leadership and Educational Ministries with a focus on curriculum development) and two doctorates: a Doctor of Ministry in Semiotics and Future Studies and a Doctor of Organizational Leadership concentrating in Non-Profit Leadership and Organizational Development.
Randy is married to Jama, and together they have two grown children.
